Any player who withdraws from the program shall be entitled to a refund of such registration fee. The cost of the non-refundable national player fee, uniform (if it cannot be reused), insurance or other specific non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund. Refunds may be prorated once the season starts based on the situation and amount of player participation.

To request a refund, the parent/guardian must send an email to the registrar at registrar [at] ayso894.net. Include the full name(s) of the player(s) as well as the parent/guardian's name.

If registration fees are paid by credit/debit card, refunds may be issued directly back to your card, at the discretion of the region. Otherwise, a check will be mailed to the address provided.

Once received, all requests require 2-4 weeks to process.
